Title: 3DMM Network News Feb/9/2001 Company/Director: Tony Teulan & Mitch Warren Genre: Talk Show/News Reviewed by MidbackMan Summary: 3DMM Network News. Sounds like a good idea to me. Is it worth watching, though? Review: If you haven't noticed there's a lack of technical scores in this review. I just felt that this type of movie shouldn't have a set of them. It's not necessary. It's a news show is what it basically is & that brings up another question. So, you'll just have to rely on the written review. Is it worth your time? Well, yes & no. It can be fairly entertaining and watching it will inform you of cool stuff you'd want to know about what's going on around the 3dmm community concerning movies, directors, & even some other stuff that you might not want to see. They even added a funny comical bit into it. Bryn Doherty and friends went on a trip to Dreamworld (some half assed amusement park 'Down under') & it was pretty funny to watch, even if it looked fairly plainly animated compared to the rest of the film (scene wise). Yeah, I shouldn't have said animation since I meant scene wise... If yo want to know, the animation is basically, people sitting around and using the talk and yell and laugh and whatever they could use that didn't take too much effort but worked. Tony says it was a bit rushed & it did sort of feel that way but the previews of some other movies that were shown and the scenery of the main news room looked good enough for me. My biggest problem with the thing (for a lack of a better word...) was my interview. There was a small part in the beginning of my interview that was left out that I thought would have made it oh so much better. Here's a quote from Adrian Pikios that made me think thsis twice as much: "Midback interview was every lively... and it peaked my intrests... but you tony, it was like you were one of those boring interviewer on SBS at 2am." I rule, don't I? Yeah I do. Here's what I WOULD have said if Tony didn't cut it out: TONY: Mike, thanks for joining us. MIKE: thank you for having me now shutup TONY: Quite. So what's your reaction to people's feelings about GiA3? MIKE: Y'know what a cool song is? Smokewood by Nullset formerly Gangsta Bitch Barbie. MIKE: In a prize fight I might act like Mike and bite. MIKE: Cool Song. TONY the censorer: Please answer the question or we won't do this. MIKE: I am answering the question... I guess YOU want to BORE your audience... Fine, I'll play your little game... MIKE: I think most everyone had some good stuff to say about GiA3 with the exception of a few people who dissed and moved on like it was nothin. They didn't see the plot but instead though t it was going to be a comedy... They can go to hell. Well, if you see it you'll know the rest but that's the part that was left out. It would've improved it VASTLY! Or am I just being an ass? It's not my movie to fix but if it was I'd have kept that part. Bottom Line: It's News to me. HAHA I made a joke. NOTE TO READER: Take notice that the technical scores are just that: Technical Scores. The review will contain an opinion of how enjoyable the movie was overall. The Tech Scale may not reflect the opinions in the written review. As always if you agree or disagree with any of the opinions or technical scores in this article please feel free NOT to take it up with MidbackMan or the management of Review Central since no one really gives a rats ass about what you have to say. That's why you're at this site.
