Title: Bryn vs Tony Company/Director: Luis Badano aka BAN Genre: Short Action Reviewed by MidbackMan Summary: A short action flick of Bryn and Tony fighting for rule over the Backlot. Not quite Lethal Intentions but it has a few original ideas. Scale: 1 to 10: Very Bad A film of just terrible Quality; Don't bother 11 to 20: Bad A few slightly redeeming qualities but still not worth your time 21 to 30: It's okay Very ordinary technical stats; Not worthless but not great 31 to 40: Good Above average; Usually recommended to the fan of the specific genre 41 to 50: Very Good Well worth your attention; Content and design are spectacular Review: Remember Lethal Intentions? The fast action - no plot shoot em up that everyone loved so much? This has kinda the same idea, except with a plot that you and I will easily understand. The action isn't as fierce as 'LI' and the scenery inside gets pretty plain to the eye at times but this movie has a few cool things that I chuckled at. I won't spoil anything for you in the hopes that you might actually enjoy it. The music is pretty familiar as most action movies use the usual stuff. More Human than Human plays through the action sequence in this movie and another song (Duran Duran I think during the credits I seem to remember reading). Anyway, there's no voices to speak of but rather text which is kinda annoying. I know there's a lot of people who don't like to read but you don't really need the text anyway. If you just stayed focused on the action you'll do just fine I suppose. Story: 3/10 Graphics: 6/10 Creativity: 6/10 Voices: 0/10 Music: 7/10 Total: 22/50 (Twenty-Two) The Movies Highs: *Couple interesting bits during the action that were creative *Worth a quickey download The Movies Lows: *No voices *The 'usual' Music Bottom Line: Like I said before, it has a few original bits in it that make it worth the 1MB download but with a more polished shine and longer development time - not to mention voices, this movie could have been a lot better.
