Title: Dead Heart in a Dead World Company/Director: Andres De La Hoz Genre: Music Video/Drama-Action/ (totally new thing for 3dmm) Reviewed by MidbackMan 10/10 Review: This movie is hella-awesome! I'd only seen a few works of Andres before this, Asylum, Human Feast and it's sequel but while watching any of those could I have thought that Andres could make something like this. It's really at it's heart a music video. Parts of it stop for some talking which is also superb (cause it's me... it is I swear!) and the music isn't just one song, the main song is Dead Heart in a Dead World by Nevermore (i think) and there are a few others as well that are all mixed together. It ends up being one of those story/music videos that you may see on MTV or something... Like a Pdiddy video but better. This is just... omg it's so good I can't think of cool enough words to use. I SO recommend this movie to everyone. It's very "artsy." I was flipping through my new Digital Cable channels... Channel 305 is Tech TV and during it there happened to be a show on and they were talking about a website where people sent in short movies where everybody could see them and some are even used in clip shows. I think Andres should send this to something like that or who knows maybe he could end up directing movies and/or music videos as a future career. I just think it's really that good! I enjoyed it so damn much and I'm giving it my personal Seal of Approval! Now go watch it for an amazingly awesome experience. It's the KING of it's genre... whatever genre that is.
