This is a great movie from Jimmy. It is old, but will pass for the qualities of a modern action movie. The thing that was great about this movie was the gunfights which would keep you watching this movie over and over again.  The thing that I didn't like was the story. It's about somebody who lives in a town and if you litter, you're in big trouble because the cops will be after you.  Well, on top of all that, the story and the stupidness brings the movie down to a 7.  Even with a lack of a good storyline, I strongly recommend that all action fans should download this classic movie.
