Title: Power Play Company: Jorrit Stuifmeel and Fredrick Arnoy Genre: Short Film Reviewed By: Redwampa Summary: 9.5/10 A film about a Power Play between 3 factions in the 3dmm community. With the factions being Tony of 3dmm.tv, Jorrit and Fred of EP, and Will Maltby with his evil side kick Harris of 3dmm.co.uk. I guess Goat could count as a faction as well....not sure. First thing that caught my eye about this movie was the scenery, nicely done in almost every scene of the movie. From custom actors (mostly in pictures) to architecture indoors and out that would make Bob Vella's jaw drop, its got it all and then some. Next thing was the atmosphere, nicely done here to, it has the feeling of a light hearted comedy about it mixed in with a bit action. The voice acting really compliments it here as well with nice camera angles and cuts for a real proffesional finish. If I had to list any downs to the movie it would have to be the guy who did Patricks voice.. ...and maybe one or two other minor voice rolls. Then there was the baby invasion which didnt become clear untill they were watching the news inside the apartment. Course I did see "It all Happened on Will's Birthday" so I guess it should of clicked sooner. All and all, it makes me look forward to the second one.
