Review: Yolt states that it's an original idea by one of the writers/directors but James Bond hasn't been an original idea since Ian Flemming wrote the first novel including the dapper spy. It isn't original and in fact I didn't see much of a story. Maybe I just couldn't hear it since the voicing was pretty bad. The animation was pretty boring and stale. Moving camera angles were useless and made the film that much worse. I would've found still scenery much more appealing. Well, it only moved around a lot in the opening sequence, then it switched to a premade scene and then to some crap-built ship. Something funny happened. In the opening part of the film James dies... Did I miss something? Was that not James? I must've missed something or that must have been another person. This movie was suspenseful and boring. Not to mention hampered by the fact that I couldn't understand a thing that was going on except the basics. I didn't know why James Bond was doing what he was doing or what his objective was or what this movie was about on a whole. The music was also the standard James Bond music and the title was an annoying rendition of You only live twice. Story: 2/10 Graphics: 6/10 Creativity: 1/10 Voices: 1/10 Music: 3/10 Total: 13/50 (Thirteen) The Movies Highs: *Sometimes the animation wasn't all that bad for instance there was a helicopter in the film for about ten seconds that chased Bond around. The Movies Lows: *Voices were terrible *I did see a grammar error... Uh oh, take one point off. *Boring Bottom Line: I've yet to see a decent Bond film since Goldfinger. Connery is the best, there is no other and 3dmm is definitely not a subtitute for the real thing.
