A series of unsolved and puzzling murders plague a city and two police officers are on the case.
Little do they know that these murders arnt from your average seriel killer....as...ummm....
the title suggests. Yep.

Not a bad movie here considering its a few years old right? (Reviewed Feb, 2002) I mean its got
a great sound track and a nice pace to it and the voice acting isnt all that bad. Some places 
though the animation does get a bit corny like having big black boxes for car doors, trees going
through cars, ect...ect... little things bassicly.

In all its a above average movie bassicly, and did I detect a "Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon"
sound track? Bah, anyway....... Im tired and going to bed.
