It makes no sense. I think it was explained by a poster on a wall in a room in a school that this movie takes place in where the poster showed an ad for some Zombie Killer. The story of the movie is apparently told in the opening credits where some shmoe astronaut on Mars gets pulled into some Alien place and has his brain taken out or something. I wasn't really paying attention but it looked really awesome. The two weird looking missiles started shooting toward Earth. One hit a baby and the baby turned into a weird looking zombie and then started killing and infecting others with the zombie virus or something. Anyway, it spreads to a school where only a couple people are left to kick the zombies' asses with various shit they find. It's really cool and the animation is wicked here. Oh, this one dude uses this sweet thing I'm not really sure what it is, it looked like a fan that cut up zombies. Anyway, the shit in this movie (although some of it makes little sense and isn't really explained very well) makes for a very cool and exciting movie to watch. Also, some of the stuff in here I never even thought of doing in 3dmm. Very cool! Uhh, despite lack of involved plot that doesn't mean it's story wasn't present. I don't want to make it seem any less great by telling it anymore than I have because I'm probably not doing it justice. This is a very well done movie and the story and action flows very well. The action isn't too long to get boring and isn't too short to not impress enough. It's just right. That's why the 10 for story. It flows MUCH better than most 3dmm movies I've seen and it's great to see a standard now in good 3dmm movies where the Directors are taking a much more professional route with beginnings, middles and endings that make sense even if the idiosyncrasies of the film make no sense and there are lots of little silly plot gaps and things like for instance, why the hell does "Aaarnihoz" stay in the movie for about 3 seconds before being killed? I think the last movie to have this good use of a thought out beginning, fun middle filler, and well done climax was Sgt Steve (which appeared about the same time as this). And like Sgt Steve I'm awarding this my Personal Seal of Approval. Story: 10/10 Animation: 10/10 Scenery: 10/10 Voices: 7/10 Music: 10/10 Total: 47/50 The Movies Highs: *Jesus Tap Dancing Christ the visuals man THE VISUALS! *Swell use of music The Movies Lows: *It was PAM (pointless action movie); but that isn't always a bad thing I guess... Bottom Line: Very gruesome action. Kicks ass. Haven't seen this much cool gore since Assylum. Very worth getting. Midback's Personal Seal of Approval is what this gets. Yes.
