Title: Company/Director: Genre: Reviewed by MidbackMan Scale: 5 to 10: Very Bad A film of just terrible Quality; Don't bother 11 to 20: Bad A few slightly redeeming qualities but still not worth your time 21 to 30: It's okay Very ordinary technical stats; Not worthless but not great 31 to 40: Good Above average; Usually recommended to the fan of the specific genre 41 to 50: Very Good Well worth your attention; Content and design are spectacular Review: This movie was broken into two parts so I'm writing my review on each one at a time PART1: What a piece of shit. I hope the second half gets better... The animation and Scenery were great but all the animation in the world couldn't get me to watch that again. Thank God it wasn't TOO long. The only action scene in this part sucked ass, the animation in the fighting reminded me a bit of FInal Fantasy. Not any of the new ones but the old crappy one for NES where the guy would just wave his arm for a bit and the enemy would slice in half! What a rip... By the way, what was Alpha Z 2 about again? Didn't they die and go to heaven or something... I dunno, it was a long time ago so I'm not up on my Alpha Z history. Anyway, the one action scene sucked, a house exploded for no reason, then we found out that the Professor who was thought to be on the side of Good was actually tricking them or something... I think this has a decent plot but when the Professor started spilling his beans the loudest most innapropriate score started playing and drowned out ALL of the voices. Not only that but I swear the voices got lower just to piss me off. TO PISS ME OFF! Then something else happened and a good guy who was taken to a hospital by the Professor's henchmen or medical peoples or whomever they were attempt to save his life when his brain starts dying. It's really stupid. I hope part 2 is even a BIT better and has at least a little bit more action. PART2: I prayed oh how I prayed this would get better... At first, I could hear some things going on beneath the music... the muttering of words... The animation was good enough for me to acsertain that certain things were happening and I thought I was going to start to understand what was happening. I was wrong. The end of this movie makes NO sense whatsoever. The Bad guy lets teh good guy out to watch something he could already see and the bad guy decides to rule without the help of a big demon or something so he sticks a small knife in it and kills it (something the others couldn't to with magical powers he does with a small knife) and then there's a small little fight between the good guy and bad guy until one of them hits some switch and i think something exploded and some cool looking stuff started flying around. Story: 3/10 Animation: 8/10 Scenery: 10/10 Voices: 1/10 Music: 2/10 Total: 24/50 The Movies Highs: *There's lots and lots of music... *Good Animation The Movies Lows: *Music ruined it to tell the truth *Story *Voices *Why was this movie broken into two parts? That was useless... *Not very entertaining Bottom Line: Eh, this sucked ass... Maybe if you can find just the second half you can skip the 9 MEG download and just watch a few little pieces of animation that were cool. This pretty muched sucked and made no sense. I'd stay away from it. NOTE TO READER: Take notice that the technical scores are just that: Technical Scores. The review will contain an opinion of how enjoyable the movie was overall.
